本附錄涵蓋所有「地底戰略會議」之列席者
1} 列席者可享有最大程度的言論自由，除:
[a] 持續發出內容相同的言論 [洗版]
[b] 未有合理證據而貶損其他列席者人格[人身攻擊]
2} 列席者有責任協助地底世界保持機密，不得於未經批准之場合提述參謀之名諱

《UnderEarth Security Ordinance – Extra-Territorial Appendix》
This Appendix covers all attendees of ” UnderEarth Strategy Meeting ”
1} A high degree of freedom of speech shall be protected, UNLESS:
[a] Continuously dispatching duplicate content in the chatroom [Spamming]
[b] Accusing other attendees without reasonable evidence [Personal Attacks]
2} Attendees are responsible for maintaining the anonymity of UnderEarth and the Advisor.
Mentioning the Advisor on other occasions without permission is straightly prohibited.
